CAS, Inc is a full-service commercial and residential real estate appraisal and advisory firm. Daniel Crehin, MAI, formed Crossland Appraisal Service, Inc. in 1986. Over the past three decades of providing real estate appraisal services, CAS has established a reputation for high quality appraisal reports completed professionally, ethically and in a timely manner with a strong emphasis on customer service.
The firm strictly follows the guidelines in the Uniform Standard of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Daniel Crehin as owner holds the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute (appraisalinstitute.org). As a designated member Daniel has met rigorous requirements relating to education, testing, experience, demonstration of knowledge, understanding and ability. The MAI membership designation is pertinent to the work here at CAS. Appraisers who hold this designation are experienced in valuation and evaluation of commercial, industrial, residential, and other types of properties. These appraisers are qualified to advise their clients on a broad range of real estate decisions.
